The Randolph County Tax Department is a service agency of county government. We will provide courteous and prompt service to the individuals we are privileged to serve.  We are committed to billing and collecting revenue on all taxable property located in Randolph County as governed by the North Carolina Machinery Act.  It is the endeavor of this department to accurately and uniformly value every property.  This department is obligated to collect all outstanding taxes using whatever remedies under the general statute are available to see that this happens.  The department’s efforts will help ensure that the various agencies of county government have the necessary operating revenue to provide services to the citizenry of this county.
